Payments

Payments in our store are carried out by Pay Pro S.A., enabling the below card payments:

  • Visa
  • Visa Electron
  • MasterCard
  • MasterCard Electronic
  • Maestro

and:

Payments can also be made via PayPal and Stripe.

The order processing time is counted from the moment the positive payment authorization is obtained.

Shipping

Within Poland, we offer delivery via InPost Parcel Lockers, InPost courier and DPD courier. European deliveries are operated via DPD only. The delivery time of your order depends on the chosen form of delivery and the country you are ordering to. Deliveries within Europe should not take more than 5 days. The shipping cost depends on the selected delivery option:
DPD courier: the cost is provided at checkout & depends on the country and size of the package.
(within Poland) DPD courier: PLN 13
(within Poland) InPost courier: PLN 11
(within Poland) InPost parcel lockers: PLN 9

InPost & DPD courier delivery in Poland is free for orders over 200 PLN.

Returns

You can return products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. In the case of incense, it is not possible to return a product bearing traces of use. You do not have to provide the reason for the return, but we will be grateful for such information—your opinion matters to us.

To make a return, you can use the model withdrawal form available here, but it is not mandatory. We encourage you to inform us of your intention to return by e-mail; e-mail with the information about the intention to return or with the attached form should be sent by e-mail to the following address: [email protected] or [email protected] informing us about the withdrawal from the contract by placing the password “Return” in the title of the e-mail and providing your order number.

As a Consumer, you bear the direct costs of returning the Goods. We will refund the cost of the purchased products within 7 days of receiving information about the return from you. The refund is made using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction. If you cancel the purchase before sending the goods, we will refund the funds within 24 hours. The return is shipped at your own expense. We will refund the cost of the purchased products to you within a maximum of 7 days of receiving information from you about the return.
